“Mrs. Johns called to thank us for being such a huge help to her and her husband – Veteran and Private Pay. She said the staff that we sent to work with her husband was literally the best in the world. She said that our Home Helpers Caregivers were two of those people that just knew how to handle any situation in a swift and effective manner. They were able to get Mr. Johns to open up and feel good about being himself. She said the caregiver was able to get him to talk about anything – how he was feeling, what was wrong or hurting. Home Helpers was able to make her husband comfortable. Neither of the Home Helpers caregivers would lose their patience – both were always even-tempered and their attitudes were always the same. There is no way that I could have kept my husband home as long as she did without Home Helpers. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of the Home Helpers staff and how much I appreciate them.”
