"Mrs. Johns called to thank us for being such a huge help to her and her husband – Veteran and Private Pay. She said the staff that we sent to work with her husband was literally the best in the world. She said that our Home Helpers Caregivers were two of those people that just knew how to handle any situation in a swift and effective manner. They were able to get Mr. Johns to open up and feel good about being himself. She said the caregiver was able to get him to talk about anything – how he was feeling, what was wrong or hurting. Home Helpers was able to make her husband comfortable. Neither of the Home Helpers caregivers would lose their patience – both were always even-tempered and their attitudes were always the same. There is no way that I could have kept my husband home as long as she did without Home Helpers. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of the Home Helpers staff and how much I appreciate them."

They were pleasant, faithful, always on time and were an invaluable asset to his care. They kept the house in order, spent time talking and counseling with both of my parents and even helped me decorate their home for Christmas! When my dad passed away, they even took the time to visit us at the funeral home, came to his graveside service and helped my mother to the car. They are special people and have a heart for the clients they serve.
