They are on time and prompt. When I need anything, they are there to help. The hiring manager hires all the right people for me. Communication is highly important and they are with me every step of the way. They have compassion and they are always good.

Their communication is really good, and I really like their online portal. Their rates are also competitive. It's great for my mom, because she's in assisted living. It's comforting to know that there's a third party and another set of eyes on things. For the most part, they're very good. They have patience with my mom, even when she's being demanding. She's had some rough days with her memory, and they always try to keep her calm. They are very good at calling when they have issues or concerns, and they let me know when our caregiver won't be there. If they are not a good fit for us, we can always call the office and they'll find someone more suited to her.

My father got sick and got covid so we were admitted to the hospital. He needed more of a facility care as opposed to at home, then passed away. They seemed to work with us regardless of the task. My father developed great friendships with the caregivers. They help with getting my father up and prepared for the day, and ensured he was good to go with his medication and food. They made sure he lived in a clean environment and made his bed every night. I felt like when we needed something or an issue came up we were notified. They offered the right services, they followed the same care my sister and I would do so it was consistent. They were amazing, but they did have some caregivers who had to cancel at the last minute. Sometimes we did have a little late of a notice but it wasn't really anything serious.

We really like the person they've sent to help with my mom. The manager is also very helpful. They clean for my mom, which means I don't have to. The caregiver cleans and does laundry for my mom. I've only talked to them about once, but they were very helpful and nice. Our caregiver is very pleasant and she's consistent. We know she'll be here. She really enjoys being with my mom. The caregiver makes us all feel comfortable.

They are very knowledgeable problem solvers. They make sure she gets the help she needs. They interact well with her. They are knowledge and able to answer our questions. They are able to explain things well and get things done.

I would recommend Home Helpers because I thought the person who did evaluations seemed caring and personable. This is important when a stranger comes into your home. The services have been helpful because the person who they sent was very pleasant and most willing to do anything. The caregiver was good at seeing things that needed to get done and just did them. The office staff was helpful because they let us know exactly what the services were and what they cost. The deposit we gave was immediately returned without any hassle. My husband felt comfortable with the caregiver. That was important to me because she'd never had anything like that before.
