It's comforting to know that there's a third party and another set of eyes on things. For the most part, they're very good. They have patience with my mom, even when she's being demanding. She's had some rough days with her memory, and they always try to keep her calm. They are very good at calling when they have issues or concerns, and they let me know when our caregiver won't be there. If they are not a good fit for us, we can always call the office and they'll find someone more suited to her.

My father developed great friendships with the caregivers. They help with getting my father up and prepared for the day, and ensured he was good to go with his medication and food. They made sure he lived in a clean environment and made his bed every night. I felt like when we needed something or an issue came up we were notified. They offered the right services, they followed the same care my sister and I would do so it was consistent. They were amazing, but they did have some caregivers who had to cancel at the last minute. Sometimes we did have a little late of a notice but it wasn't really anything serious.

The caregiver makes us all feel comfortable.
