Home Helpers of Westchase is an amazing caregiving and companionship company. The director, Fabiola, is passionate about her work and is excellent at matching caretakers and clients. She gave me the opportunity to work with a wonderful client, who I have bonded so well with and who feels like family. Home Helpers understands people, and is flexible and accomodating to everyone's specific needs. I have been blessed with Home Helpers of Westchase to care for my mom’s health and well-being. The caregivers that Home Helpers of Westchase hire for the company, have been some of the kindest and most caring individuals that I’ve ever met. Every caregiver that helped my mother had an amazing amount of patience. As one can imagine, it takes a special kind of person to work with the elderly. Their hiring and screening procedures for their caregivers is certainly top notch. Linda, our super caregiver, has been helping my mom almost exclusively. Mom would definitely not have the quality of life that she has now without Linda's care. Even the staff members have gone above and beyond for my mom. They have personally visited my mom many times just to see how she’s doing. They even brought gifts of cookies, cakes and flowers. It has been my mother’s wish to stay in her own home as long as possible. As my mother has aged and has gradually needed more care, they have made suggestions along the way. Not only with her physical care, but for her safety as well. As Mom’s dementia progressed, they suggested secretly unplugging the stove. I never would have thought of this, Mom just figured that the stove was broken. They suggested a toaster oven with an automatic shut off timer, a perfect solution for what could have been a tragic event. Home Helpers of Westchase's superpower lies in their exceptional communication skills. If I’ve needed to speak to any of the staff members and had to leave a message, they would call me back promptly. I never felt rushed off the phone and they have always made me feel that I’m their priority. I also know that I can text or email them anytime and get a quick response. In closing, I just can’t say enough about my experience with Home Helpers of Westchase. All the best!  

I just want to say how much I have learned about senior care and about how having "Home Helpers" makes the life of a family caregiver so much easier. I cared for, both my mother, and my mother-in-law in my home and honestly it nearly killed me.
