H.H. Franchising Systems, Inc. (“Home Helpers,” “we,” or “us”) is the franchisor of the Home Helpers® network of franchised home care businesses (each referred to as a “Franchise” and together collectively referred to as the “Network”). Each Franchise is independently owned and operated. This SMS privacy policy applies to phone numbers and SMS Consents that we collect through our designated sign-up forms. This SMS privacy policy does not apply to information collected by us offline, other information collected through our Website, through other digital activities, or through any website operated by our affiliates.
