These calls can ensure your loved one is well and can happen as often as you or they would like.

CUSTOMIZED RESPONSE PLAN AND APPROACH TO PROVIDING ELDER HOME CARE SERVICES
Should our Wellness Call go unanswered, we will work with you or your loved one to develop a customized response plan. We will determine how many times per day we will try to call. If we don’t get through, you can opt for family members to be notified via email or a call, so they can reach out. This closed loop process helps us ensure your loved one is doing well and that we’re able to provide the elder home care services they need when necessary. If the situation isn’t urgent, let us know, and we will simply make a note of the missed call.
