The social worker at our local Council on Aging referred me to the company. The owner, Denise Roskamp, was so kind and gave us such helpful advice. For almost two years, I relied on Denise and her wonderful office staff and carefully selected caregivers to assist me in providing 24/7 care for my husband until he passed away. I cannot recommend Home Helpers of MetroWest highly enough. My Dad needed 24-hour care, and Home Helpers provided Dad with a team of caregivers who were professional and compassionate. My Dad received top-notch care, and several of the caregivers grew to be like family to my Mom. For two years, Denise and her team cared for my Dad without missing a shift, even during last winter with all of its Nor’easters and blizzards. When a concern did occasionally arise, the Home Helpers team was responsive and attentive.

I am very impressed with the experience of all the aides they have sent me. I do have my favorites. Christina, Leslie, and Pam always make me smile when I see they come in the door. It is just one example that shows how much you pay attention to every little detail and how committed you and team are to providing the best possible care and experience for each of your clients… I will truly miss you and each of the aides as well as the quality of care provided to my mother.
