Our locally owned and operated Home Helpers offices are evaluated by a number of outside agencies depending on the states in which they operate and the level of care their clients require. The training and preparation we invest in our caregivers is just one of the factors that various third-party organizations look at in providing an independent perspective on the quality of our service.
All of these ratings and standards provide important measurements for us to benchmark our quality and for our clients to use in selecting in-home care.
But some of the recognition means a little more to us than others.

For 2017, 64 locally owned Home Helpers offices were named Best of Home Care® Provider of Choice.
The reason this award is so significant to us is because it has only one criterion: The satisfaction of our clients and the exceptional care provided by Home Helpers caregivers.
The work we do caring for those who need a little support to maintain their independence is fulfilling in its own right. But knowing that the families we serve are uplifted by that service … that truly is something special.
