Brother and sister team, George Ramage and Kristin Worthington, started their Home Helpers office on a mission to bring high quality home care to families. We strive to care for each client as if they were a member of our own family. From a close knit family here in Southwest Ohio, George and Kristin have a unique take on senior care. They see each client as a fascinating life story deserving of great respect and individual attention.
George Ramage is the Vice President of Client Services. George has always worked hard to manage Home Helpers in a way that provides reliable and outstanding service. George spends much of his time in the field visiting clients and monitoring quality of care. With a Bachelor’s Degree in History, George loves talking with our clients about their life story and learning more about each person’s background. Much of each client’s story is important for developing a care plan that Kristin and George take great pride in Home Helpers of Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky being family owned and customer driven.will not only provide great home care but enrich our client’s lives in the process.
Kristin Worthington is the Vice President of Operations. Kristin believes that caring for each client like a member of our own family is the key to excellent customer service. Kristin spends much of her time in the office working to deliver services in our fast paced senior care environment. With her background in health care and business, Kristin enjoys finding new and efficient ways to provide the highest quality home care service available.

Cindy brings a great depth of senior care experience to Home Helpers Home Care. As the Field Director, you will most often find Cindy working to bring on new caregivers to our constantly growing team as well as visiting clients and ensuring that our field operations are running smoothly.
Beth brings a great amount of experience to the Home Helpers administrative team. With almost a decade of service, Beth has cared for seniors in the community so she understands what it is like to work in the field. Beth is currently a Staffing Coordinator managing scheduling in a way that surpasses the expectations of our customers and meets the needs of our field staff. Both Beth and Elizabeth can be found working to solve problems day and night. Their dedication to being there for our customer is an integral part of Home Helpers providing exceptional customer service.
As one of Home Helpers Home Care’s Staffing Coordinators, Elizabeth contributes lots of knowledge of what it is like to be a caregiver working in the trenches. She has been working in Senior care for 7 years and discovered her passion while helping her mom run a Summer camp for the MRDD since the age of 5. She just knew that helping others was where she belongs. Elizabeth says she loves working in the Senior care industry because she knows that she is making a difference and loves hearing how much customers appreciate what she does for them. Elizabeth currently lives in Milford with her husband and adorable daughter. She enjoys traveling, swimming, watching soccer and spending time with family and friends.
Her role as a Staffing Coordinator is one of the most challenging and time consuming in the senior care industry. Elizabeth is dedicated to finding the right caregiver for our clients!
