CELEBRATING NEW BEGINNINGS
A ribbon-cutting ceremony and marketing event were held for the launch of a new home health agency in Woodland Hills.
Guests included healthcare professionals, community partners, and referral sources, creating valuable opportunities for connection and collaboration.
A LITTLE TREAT, A BIG THANK YOU
Sarah, our Community Liaison, stopped by Adventist Simi Valley Hospital to deliver delicious treats and snacks to the case management team.

HOME CARE FOR VETERANS
At Home Helpers Home Care, we are honored to care for Veterans and surviving spouses who serve our country. They had a meaningful conversation about community support and future opportunities to collaborate in serving those in need.
GUIDE PROGRAM: MAKING EVERY STEP EASIER
Home Helpers Home Care is proud to support families through the Medicare GUIDE Program, a new benefit designed for individuals living with dementia and their caregivers. The program provides care coordination, caregiver education, and respite services to help families navigate dementia care with greater confidence and support.
