We have had the same caretaker for a year, Carol Ball, she really treats my parents as if they are her own family member. She is very proactive in addressing needs of my parents and is excellent at communicating with the rest of the family. She is very loving and great at helping around the house and running errands. First rate. It's not easy to find home care help on short notice, with agencies that do not handle the insurance, unknown helpers, etc. I am grateful to the agency that referred me to Home Helpers. I am especially grateful for the perfect aide with whom we were paired. MJ has been a blessing. She's handled the care of my husband's recovery taking over the aspects that I didn't want. She cooks, launders and cleans. I walk into a well-run household. Oh gosh! I am going to miss her!
