BUILDING STRONGER CARE COMMUNITIES
Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome Training
We had a great training day on December 8 at the Home Helpers office for a special Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) training. The session included an insightful 80-minute documentary followed by a meaningful discussion with EDS West Connect.
We’re proud to share that our caregivers who attended this training are now certified to care for EDS clients and qualified for special EDS-related assignments.
Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this training a success!

Ginny on KVTA
Our Marketing Liaison, Ginny, who loves connecting with people, recently shared valuable insights on KVTA about recognizing signs that your senior loved ones may need additional support at home as we begin the new year. If you’ve noticed changes in mobility, memory, or daily routines, now may be a good time to explore care options that can help keep them safe and supported.

From the COO's Desk:
A New Year, A Renewed Commitment to Care

As we welcome the new year, we want to pause and reflect on the relationships that make our work meaningful and impactful. Our caregivers, staff, clients, families, and referral partners form a community built on trust, compassion, and shared commitment to quality care. Each connection—whether in the home, the office, or the community—plays a vital role in the care we provide every day.
This past year brought growth, learning, and progress, and none of it would be possible without the dedication of our care teams and the confidence our clients and partners place in us. We are incredibly grateful for the collaboration and support that allow us to continue raising the standard of care and responding to the evolving needs of the families we serve.
As we look ahead, our focus remains on strengthening our partnerships, supporting and developing our caregivers, and expanding thoughtful, high-quality services within our community. We enter this new year with optimism, purpose, and a continued commitment to excellence. Thank you for being part of our journey—we look forward to another year of working together, growing together, and making a meaningful difference.
