She is deeply passionate about ensuring every senior receives compassionate, respectful, and high-quality care tailored to their individual needs. Ginny believes no family should feel alone in the caregiving journey and is dedicated to raising awareness about how important it is to seek help from trained, professional caregivers who truly understand senior care. Her goal is to build trust, offer guidance, and help seniors live with comfort, dignity, and the compassionate care they deserve.
Excited to Grow Together: Meet Our New Marketers

Frances Marie Lliteras
Community Liaison
I bring a strong background in the senior living and home care space, specializing in supporting individuals in the early stages of dementia. With a degree in Clinical Psychology and experience in Digital Marketing, I combine clinical insight with a results-driven, relationship focused approach. My professional background includes senior living and memory care sales, where I partnered closely with families to educate, guide, and support them through complex care decisions. I am skilled in identifying needs, building trust, and connecting families with appropriate care solutions that enhance quality of life. Currently with Home Helpers, I continue to drive meaningful outcomes by supporting seniors and helping families confidently navigate their care journey.

Sarah Binsol
Community Liaison
I’ve been in the senior care and healthcare industry for almost two decades, working closely with families, communities, and referral partners to help people navigate care during important life transitions. I’m now the Community Liaison for Home Helpers Home Care, where I focus on building strong relationships and connecting individuals with personalized in-home care. I’m especially passionate about helping Veterans access benefits that allow them to safely age in their homes. What I love most about what I do is being a trusted resource and making a real difference for families when they need support the most.

A Visit Focused on Connection and Care

We’re excited to continue building strong community partnerships as Sarah, our Community Liaison, recently visited and met with Dawn, Marketing Director at Holiday Simi Hills. The visit focused on strengthening collaboration and exploring ways to better support seniors and their families through coordinated care. These meaningful connections allow us to align our services and share resources that enhance the overall care experience. We value opportunities like this to grow together and remain committed to being an active, trusted partner within our local senior care community.

From The COO's Desk:
New Year, Fresh Commitment

As we step into this new year, we renew our commitment to what matters most—our clients, their families, and the caregivers who make our mission possible. At Home Helpers, we believe home care is more than a service—it’s an investment into safety, dignity, independence, and peace of mind. While many agencies focus on filling hours, we focus on building relationships and care teams that last. We take the time to understand each client’s routines, preferences, and risks, and we design care plans that evolve as needs change. We invest deeply in training, oversight, and communication so families are never left wondering what’s happening in their home. When families choose us, they’re not just purchasing time—they’re investing in consistency, trust, and a better quality of life. Our goal is not just to show up, but to deliver consistent, outcome-driven care that feels personal, professional, and dependable. This is our promise for the year ahead—and every year to come.
