Not “starting at” $40. Not $40 until we find out what you actually need. Forty dollars an hour, with experienced caregivers we’d trust with our own families.
We don’t hire newbies and pay them minimum wage. A lot of agencies advertise a cheap rate because they’re staffing it with whoever’s cheapest — someone brand new, learning on your loved one. That’s not us. Our caregivers are experienced professionals, and most of them are CNAs. When you’re trusting someone with your mom or dad, “experienced” isn’t a nice-to-have. It’s the whole point.
Where other agencies quietly charge more, we don’t
Live-in care: Still $40 an hour.
Ongoing & standing schedules: Weekends, weekly routines, whatever the calendar looks like — $40.
No contracts. No strings. No games.
No long-term contract: You’re never locked in. Ever.
No weekly minimum: Book the hours you actually need — not a quota we set for you.
No deposit: Nothing to put down before care starts.
No hourly minimum: Need a short visit? We can do that. Shifts under four hours run a little higher per hour — short shifts simply cost more to staff — but the option is always there.
Just 24 hours’ notice to cancel: Plans change. Give us a day’s heads-up and you’re covered. That’s the only string.
The one honest exception
California law requires overtime when a single caregiver works more than 8 hours in one day. That’s not our markup — it’s the law, and any agency that tells you otherwise isn’t being straight with you.
