My name is Saane. I’ve been working for Home Helpers of San Mateo since they opened in 2012. I have experienced so many things as a caregiver. I’ve learned from the best staff who are there for all of the employees. This experience has taught me love, care, and patience. I really like working for Peggy and Mitch and the office staff. And, we are a great team. We work together as one to be the most caring company and the love and support of the owners and staff are the best.  

The caregivers are always helping mom, not with just physical chores, but they talk and are kind to her. Just watching what they do gives you a sense of their compassion. I am completely confident in (the office staff). In fact, I am dependent on Home Helpers of San Mateo County. They have never let me down.

The caregivers of Home Helpers of San Mateo really care for my parents. My mom has Parkinson’s disease and doesn’t talk too much. My dad is very set in his ways, but the caregivers carefully work around this and they take care of my mom excellently. Whenever she needs something, they help her with it. This makes me feel good. The three caregivers we have right now are outstanding.  

The caregivers are always on time. They have never been late as long as I have received care. The schedule is always very coordinated and based on my needs. I would be happy to recommend this agency to anyone. I really enjoy the work that Home Helpers does for me and I really appreciate their service.  

I have been a Catholic priest for over 55 years, and this is the closest thing to a happy marriage that I have ever experienced. I liked the owners from our original interview, and I love the caregiver that they assigned to me. She is everything I was hoping and praying for.
