From my first meeting with the owner through my contacts with several caregivers, all my contacts have been very positive! I have had Barbara, my present caregiver, for 2 1/2 months now. During this time she has handled all my needs in a professional and caring manner. She also helps in the caring of my dog, Shakira, by walking her every day for about 30-45 minutes. I would highly recommend Barbara as a caregiver because she is a responsible, caring and trustworthy person. Based on my experiences with Home Helpers I would not hesitate in recommending them to others.

We cannot say enough good things about Zeena! She has been absolutely amazing with my family. She is incredibly attentive to our health needs, helps with personal care and showering with kindness and dignity, and always makes us feel comfortable and cared for. We have had excellent service from Home Helpers. Sometimes the "fit" between a caregiver and client is not right and the staff at Home Helpers is accommodating in assigning a different caregiver. We have a really good crew of Grace, Parya, and Stephanie. I would recommend Home Helpers.

We have an excellent care giver providing in home care for over one year. She is very loving and provides loving care as if it was her own mother. She strives to help with daily physical therapy, doing range of motion stretches of the upper and lower extremities. With her dedication we see daily physical improvements. Have been impressed by the professionalism of Aaron and his team at Home Helpers. I live out of state from my elderly parents and needed some peace of mind they have help when they need it. It was worked out great and a very responsible young man, Josh, has been a helper for my Dad. It's also been a help to my mom to have some respite time. Everyone in the office is quickly responsive, too, when communicating schedule changes and the like. Overall a very positive experience.

Nathan help us out every time he's here. He helps out with Joe. Joe is a WWII veteran. Nathan helps with bathing, shaving, foot care and other health needs for Joe. He also goes above and beyond by going to dr appointments with us and mowing the lawn. Nathan is a super star by himself and everything he does. Also, if there is any change in the schedule. I am always contacted by the agency in a respectful timely manner .

We called Home Helpers when our 95 year old mother hurt her foot and couldn't get around well. Brigette came to her home 3 days a week to help with laundry, meal prep and light chores. She was kind, helpful and took very good care of our mom. We would definately recommend Home Helpers. They were all very professional, and Aaron, Angelo and Cherry were all very kind and easy to work with.

I'm using Home Helpers Home Care of Rocklin. They're very efficient. They're concerned that everything is fine with you. I've had one caregiver, and she's absolutely excellent. I had her for four hours and then there was somebody else that came in later in the day. The second individual and I just didn't mesh. She was efficient, but I didn't want to have her again. The first caregiver comes in eight hours a day, three days a week, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Because I am bedridden, they have to do diaper change on me. I unfortunately have many bouts of diarrhea. They're very good at keeping me pristine clean, unbelievably. They change my bed clothes if necessary. She prepares my lunch and dinner and she even does my laundry. The caregiver is fabulous. I love her. The agency is absolutely excellent. The owner came to my home and introduced himself and went over everything with me. If you have any questions or anything, you can call him directly. I've had no reason to call the agency, but they check in all the time to make sure everything is the way I like it.

Home helpers has been amazing. This company is very responsive and reliable. My mom worked for them and recommended them. The caregiver we have (Janaea) for my Grandma is absolutely phenomenal. She goes above and beyond and more. She stays on top of things needing to be done and takes great care of my grandma. My grandmother adores Janaea and looks forward to her care and companion every shift. A good caregiving company is really hard to find, especially one with excellent caregivers and a team who truly care about people. Home Helpers is all of that, and we are so grateful for them and Janaea.

We have received care from Home Helpers Home Care since they acquired our former Home care several years ago. My husband’s caregiver ( 4 hours per week) has been consistently kind, concerned about his needs , and trustworthy. I know that she will always follow through on what I ask of her and she engages with him each time she is here. All caregivers that we have used have been gifts to us both. The scheduling staff have done an outstanding job of working with our needs and are ALWAYS polite. If I have a change to the schedule, they make timely updates and report back to me, putting my mind at ease. If I have a question about an invoice, they help me understand the charges. If I have a question about finding the right staff member to meet my husband's particular needs, they are attentive, ask great questions, and work with me to find the perfect match. Caring for an AD patient is unpredictable, stressful and often challenging. Home Helpers helped me find the perfect match. My caregiver, Lori is reliable, trustworthy, compassionate, and always comes to work with a smile on her face. I've been using Home Helpers Home Care of Rocklin mainly for transportation and they're doing an excellent job. I use them once, sometimes twice a month. I don't use them on a regular day-to-day basis. One time I did need a caregiver and they did it. The service I've gotten from them, whoever I've got has been great. The two drivers are very helpful because I'm in a wheelchair and I'm totally blind. They help me get in the car. They get me to my destination. I usually go to Santa Rosa, California which is about two-and-a-half-hour drive. They're helpful if I need to use a restroom or something. They're very courteous. Any time I have requests, they're really good about taking the request and setting up the day and time I need. I usually notify them like four or five days ahead of time. I don't call them the day before. They would bring me to the appointment, then they would go off for a few hours, come back and get me. Since they're also caregivers, if I need to use a restroom or something, they're very helpful. They make it accessible for me to go where I need to go.

Kimberly was very professional and always kind and always knows what I need Before I even do , she is always pleasant and happy and caring , she always attends to my dog and bird and knows what they need , helps with getting me into bed and makes my dinner , what is great is that she always fills in and that makes me very happy knowing I have the she friendly face .

Home Helpers of Rocklin was an absolute life-saver! My sister and I both live out of state and when my elderly father’s wife of 40 years passed away, he was alone but not ready to move out of his house. With significant mobility issues, the idea of him being alone was terrifying. I sent home helpers a message at 3am after agonizing on what to do, and no joke, Aaron texted me an hour and half later telling me not to worry and set up a phone call to talk options. He then came to the house to meet my dad and understand his needs. By that next week we had someone coming 3 days a week and they provide aloe care (a fall detection device/ems alert). This aloe care device provided an additional level of much needed security - it came with an app that would alert family if there was a fall/ems was dispatched. The helpers drove dad to his appts, to the grocery store, to get his lotto tickets. They cleaned up, helped with laundry, etc. They gave my dad much needed companionship as he navigated his new reality. Aaron and his team kept me informed and offered advice on additional area resources as we looked at assisted living facilities. I completely recommend home helpers of rocklin!

Aaron and his team provided care for our mom in Roseville after a terrible accident. They supported us during a stressful and painful time. Would use their services again if we ever need help. The workers were caring and helpful.

I was injured andhospitalized several times during 2024. When I was released to come home I was in need of home care for an unspecified amount of time. After researching several companies that provided services like this, I contacted home helpers of Rocklin. The owners actually came out and interviewed me, which had never happened with the other firms that I contacted The services they provided were phenomenal. It was customized to meet my needs, and they constantly checked up to make sure that I was receiving the appropriate services. If I wanted to change the days or the hours of service, they provided that service. If I had a doctors appointment, the home helper took me to my appointment and then drove me home. Even today, the owner stays in contact with me making sure that I’m on the road to recovery. Having been in education for over 40+ years if I had to give home helpers of Rocklin grade, it would be an A+. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody in need of their services

If you are looking for home care, call this one first. This organization has been excellent to work with. Right from the start Aaron has gone above and beyond to make sure everything was as painless as possible. Aaron met with us on short notice and was able to meet difficult deadlines. When problems arose, I found that before speaking to us, he had often called around looking for solutions before contacting us. All of our calls and emails have been promptly returned. Caring for my father presents some special challenges, yet his caregiver Cat seems to be the perfect fit. My father sings her praises almost every time we talk. He is excited for her arrival each morning and enjoys telling me about their adventures together. She is dependable, caring and very, very hard working. My father is very grateful for her help. We had used two other home care companies for another family member in the past. This difference between Aaron and those companies is night and day.

Home Helpers bailed us out again when we needed someone to take care of my 90 year old mother in law at the last minute. We reached out to Aaron yesterday afternoon to see if he had someone for the next morning at 8:00 am. He was able to have someone there and they took good care of her!!!

It is with great pleasure that I can recommend Home Helpers.  To put it simply, they live up to their name. It is an owner-run company, and Aaron and Bojana are always there with a helping hand if needed. I was one of their clients for a couple of weeks, and I was helped by Melanie, Theresa, and Carmela. Each one came fully prepared to do for me anything and everything I needed. They were warm, friendly ladies each with a great smile and laugh, both of which came in handy when I told them some of my jokes! When there were no more things to tend to, we filled the remainder of the time in conversation, always a pleasant way to end a visit. They are a husband and wife team. From the moment I met them I knew my mother in law was going to be in good hands. They asked a lot of questions about her needs and wants. They were very attentive. The next day, they matched her with a caregiver and it has been great. It’s been a little over 3 months with Home Helpers and I highly recommend them.
