Jami Orlando is the Marketing Director for Home Helpers Home Care, leading marketing strategy across the Northern Shenandoah Valley, Martinsburg, and Hagerstown & Frederick territories. Her work helps families throughout West Virginia, Virginia, and Maryland find trusted guidance, meaningful resources, and compassionate care close to home.

Jami’s journey with Home Helpers reflects both her commitment to the organization and her ability to grow alongside it. After beginning her career with the company as a Marketing Coordinator, she steadily expanded her role, taking on greater responsibility for brand strategy, digital marketing, content development, community outreach, lead generation, and team leadership. Her evolution into Marketing Director has allowed her to shape a unified marketing vision across multiple territories while ensuring each community receives relevant, localized support.

She holds a degree in Digital Marketing and combines that specialized education with a background in business, healthcare, entrepreneurship, and creative communications. Her previous training as a Certified Nursing Assistant also gives her a valuable perspective on the realities families face when searching for care. She understands that effective marketing in the home care industry is not simply about reaching an audience—it is about building trust, making complicated information easier to understand, and connecting people with support during deeply personal moments.

Jami is especially passionate about creating educational resources and community-focused campaigns that empower families to make informed care decisions. She works closely with leadership, caregivers, referral partners, and local organizations to strengthen awareness of the services and resources available throughout the region.

Outside of work, Jami enjoys traveling, cooking, music, coaching soccer, and spending time with her four children. Her creativity, curiosity, and connection to the communities Home Helpers serves continue to guide her work every day.

Allie Stottlemyer serves as the Office Manager at Home Helpers of Martinsburg, Hagerstown & Frederick, and the Northern Shenandoah Valley. Since joining the organization in 2018, she has grown through several roles, including Care Pro, Care Coordinator, and Scheduler, before advancing into her current leadership position. Her firsthand experience in nearly every aspect of home care gives her a unique understanding of both client needs and caregiver support.

Allie began her healthcare career after earning her Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from Valley College in Martinsburg, West Virginia, in 2014. She spent the first three years of her career working in local nursing facilities, where she built a strong foundation in compassionate, quality patient care. In 2018, she transitioned into home care and quickly discovered a passion for helping individuals maintain their independence while receiving personalized care in the comfort of their own homes.

Committed to professional growth, Allie earned her Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care certification through the National Certification Board for Alzheimer Care (NBCAC) in 2019, became a certified EMT in 2024, and a CPR Instructor in 2025. She is a Certified Nursing Assistant in West Virginia, Maryland, and Virginia, continuing to expand her knowledge and expertise across the region. She is currently pursuing an Associate Degree in Healthcare Professions with a concentration in Healthcare Management.

What Allie enjoys most about her work is building meaningful relationships with clients and their families. She believes that compassion, empathy, trust, and consistency are the foundation of exceptional care and strives to ensure every client receives the respect, dignity, and personalized support they deserve.

Outside of work, Allie enjoys spending time with her partner, four children, and their extended family. Whether exploring the outdoors or taking family trips, she values making memories together and appreciating life’s simple moments. She and her family proudly call Martinsburg, West Virginia, home.

Ramona joined Home Helpers of Martinsburg, Hagerstown & Frederick, and the Northern Shenandoah Valley after serving as a Care Coordinator for the concierge program at another Home Helpers location in Bradenton, Florida. Her career has spanned multiple industries, and having lived in communities across the United States, she brings a broad perspective and an exceptional ability to connect with both clients and caregivers from all walks of life.

While her professional journey has been diverse, Ramona found her true calling in caregiving. She is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others and is committed to providing compassionate support, building meaningful relationships, and helping families navigate their care needs with confidence. Her well-rounded experience, strong communication skills, and genuine desire to serve make her a valued member of the Home Helpers team.

A proud mother of four, Ramona enjoys spending time with her family outside of work, especially with her son at home and her daughter and granddaughter who live nearby. She also serves as President of the Williamsport High School Band Boosters, where she enjoys supporting students and music education in her community. In her free time, Ramona loves thrift shopping, making memories with her granddaughter, and staying actively involved in the community she calls home.

Emily Holtsclaw, BSN, RN, is a Registered Nurse with Home Helpers, where she is dedicated to providing compassionate care that supports clients staying in their home for as long as possible.

Emily earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2023 and began her career in the emergency department, where she developed strong clinical skills in a fast-paced environment. She later transitioned to pediatric home health, gaining valuable experience providing individualized, family-centered care. Emily joined Home Helpers in June and is excited to continue making a positive impact in the lives of her clients and their families.

Originally from Texas, Emily recently relocated to the area and looks forward to becoming an active part of the local community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and values building meaningful connections both personally and professionally.
