“I want to say thank you to you, Michele, and everyone else who has had a hand in providing stellar care to my grandparents. It means more than you know to me and them and we’re forever grateful. We wish they didn’t have to move because there will be a huge void now, especially with Michele not seeing them after this week—I know she cares deeply about them and we all really adore her, but for now we feel blessed to have met and worked with all of you. You all are always welcome to visit with them if the chance ever comes up, and who knows, maybe this is just a “see you later” and not a “goodbye.” My only hope is that after Tuesday, the level of care my grandparents receive comes close to the care they have had with you guys.
