Meet Our Team

Kevin and Elena Dillon, owners of Home Helpers -Cleveland, Tennessee, moved to Tennessee in 2018. They opened Home Helpers in July of 2019. In their pre-Tennessee lives, Kevin was an executive in the film industry, and Elena was a stay and home mom and a writer of young adult fiction. After more than 30 years of marriage, they love that their business cares for seniors and that they run this business together! Keeping the seniors of their community safe and independent wherever they call home is a blessing and an honor.

Amanda is a native of this part of Tennessee and is an amazing addition to our Home Helpers family. She is in charge of keeping the schedule, ensuring everyone gets where they need to go, that clients and caregivers are paired up in the best way, and all the details that go along with that. She is a natural organizer, and her sweet, happy nature keeps our office a wonderful place to be!
