I just like the way they handle everything-they're prompt and everything was handled very well. The caregiver some mostly for the bathing and changing of sheets.

Where do I start. I placed a phone call after hours in noticing this company with ratings which seemed very genuine in the reviews given. Our family was in need of services with in Home help for our Step Father. He has dementia. I left a message after hours with their answering service. To my amazement I recvd a return call back from Jennifer at Home Helpers. Jennifer coordinates care as a team with the Owner Debbie and is with you from start to finish. I knew immediately the company was a good fit. The office is available- answers the phone- returns calls- walks you thru in educating you of the process- provides solutions - seeks information- does their very best to provide the experienced fit for your loved one. The company provides training- incentives and finds ways ti make their days special. Most important the company knows their staff providing deep respect and care as well. Home Helpers company Owner Debbie went to the rehab facility to meet with my mom (she broke her femur) to see if indeed this could work together as a team for care. I came from another state to be here for my mom and realized it was more care that was ever imaginable. The company as a whole reassured us they would find a caring- experienced - compassionate and reliable caregiver. Well they did!!! A peace of mind has set in & comfort level began. A remarkable company in 2 locations that sets standards for their team- care givers and includes the home family to be part of all of it. May everyone experience a sense of calm even though there may be some storms during the process on this journey. He is a World War ll Veteran and he deserves the experience and quality of care this company has brought to their home. We now can focus on memories- moments and miracles moving forward. The office staff was always kind, supportive, and understanding. They were flexible with my schedule and worked with me whenever I needed adjustments, which made balancing work and family much easier. We've only had an hour a week, and we're going to increase it, so we're counting on them. They work more like a family, not big corporate. They get back to you. They understand that each elderly person has different circumstances, and they're willing to work with you.

The agency is consistent with the caregivers. The agency is pretty accommodating, and if I have a problem, they try to resolve it.

The care is just what we've been working for. It solved the problems that we were having with a capable person and at a reasonable price. It's been easy to communicate with the agency.
