    Since founding Home Helpers Clearwater, our goal has been simple – to provide exceptional home care to those in need of a caring, helping hand. What began as a simple idea – making life easier, one person at a time – has grown and evolved over the years.
    As one of the nation’s leading In-Home Care Providers, our mission is to be the most trusted and respected provider of comprehensive home care services and support for you and your loved ones, empowering you to remain independent in your residence and community.
    We strive to be the extended family when the family can’t be there.
    Debbie has lived in the Clearwater area for over 30 yrs. Debbie has a 22 year financial management background, and is a Certified Senior Advisor. As well, she supports many local non-profits as a board member and volunteer.

    Jennifer is a CNA and has over six years experience in caregiving and Assisted Living Communities. She worked as a supervisor in a memory care unit and enjoyed all of her residents.
    Jennifer prides herself in the perfect client to caregiver match. Jennifer is eager to please our clients and meet their needs as well as working with the vast personalities, availability and needs of our caregivers.
    Originally from Michigan, she now lives in Port Richey. She enjoys anything outdoors with her family.

    Sarah has been with Home Helpers since inception. Sarah is an integral part of the financial workings in the company. She handles all our client billing with accuracy and can handle questions and concerns with them. She also handles payroll and interacts with the employees to meet their needs.
    Sarah is originally from Ohio and has lived in Florida most of her life. She is the mother of 5 growing children. She is enthusiastic about her role as Office Manager and enjoys the interaction with clients and employees.
    Sarah resides in Trinity and loves spending time with her family, she loves fitness and has a special knack for home decorating and wood working.

    Laura is our Operations Manager at Home Helpers of Clearwater. She graduated from USF where she majored in Speech Language Pathology.
    Laura was our very first caregiver when Home Helpers opened. Laura was born in Ohio and grew up in Florida. She is the mother of 3 beautiful girls. Laura left Home Helpers for a few years and moved her family to Texas. When she and her family came back to Florida, she decided to come back to Home Helpers.
    Laura has a passion for making sure our clients’ needs are met and works well with all the caregivers to make sure she matches them well together.
    Laura resides in Tarpon Springs and enjoys fitness, sports, and outside activities with her family.

    Marc is experienced in helping develop new and ongoing business in the home care industry. He also has previous experience in real estate and education as a teacher.
    Marc is originally from Ohio but has resided in Florida for over 25 years.
    Marc graduated from The University of Akron with a degree in Education.
    Marc lives in Trinity with his wonderful wife and his happy, loving, and energetic son. They are a very active family and enjoy everything from hiking, football, basketball, baseball, swimming, or just hanging out as a family.
    Marc is passionate about being an integral part of the growth of Home Helpers and playing a role in “Making Life Easier” for those in need.

    Dawn Mazzola

    Lead Caregiver

    Dawn Mazzola has been a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) since 1996, bringing nearly three decades of experience and compassion to the healthcare field. The majority of her career—19 years—was spent working in skilled nursing facilities, with an additional two years in a hospital setting and approximately seven years in home health care. For the past five years, Dawn has been proud to serve as a valued team member at Home Helpers, where her passion for caring for others truly shines.

    In her free time, Dawn enjoys spending quality time with her family and her two spoiled dogs. She loves visiting comedy clubs, hosting game nights with friends, and curling up with a good book. Her love for life and laughter complements her dedication to making a difference in the lives of those she cares for.
