I just had to say how pleased I am with Tifaine Bowen. I have used caregivers for years and she is the most kind, attentive and willing I have experienced I am seldom impressed, I'm just that way. After my experience with this company, I MUST say I am impressed beyond words. Their professionalism, their kindness, their genuine caring simply blew my mind. The results of their engagement with me were beyond anything I could have imagined. The only word that comes to mind is DELIGHTED. Do you need help with any home care, these folks are the "go-to" for all you needs. Really... I'd give 10 stars if I were allowed to.... My only complaint? For the service they provided, I am convinced they did not charge enough.

From my first meeting with the owner through my contacts with several caregivers, all my contacts have been very positive! I have had Barbara, my present caregiver, for 2 1/2 months now. During this time she has handled all my needs in a professional and caring manner. She also helps in the caring of my dog, Shakira, by walking her every day for about 30-45 minutes. I would highly recommend Barbara as a caregiver because she is a responsible, caring and trustworthy person. Based on my experiences with Home Helpers I would not hesitate in recommending them to others.

She is incredibly attentive to our health needs, helps with personal care and showering with kindness and dignity, and always makes us feel comfortable and cared for. I have been a client of Home Helpers in Prattville for nearly 2 years now and my experiences have been wonderful. I have had 3 different caretakers and each one has been great. My current caretaker is so caring and good to me that I don't know what I would do without her. Being nearly 95 I can be very stubborn and difficult at times but my helper is so understanding and knows just how to calm me down and make me feel comfortable. I was looking for a caregiver for my sister and talked to several companies. Because I was under pressure to find care, I was beginning to feel I would have to settle for something I wasn't comfortable with. For my last effort, I contacted Home Helpers in Woodland and have been extremely thankful that I made that one last call. I immediately had a good feeling when talking to Nooji. He was helpful, understanding, and most of all flexible. He understood my situation and that we will need more and more care as time goes on. He built that into his plan for us. He kept checking with us to ensure everything was going smoothly. I mentioned that we might need someone a little more proactive and he suggested we try a different caregiver to see if it made a difference. It did and my sister and I are both quite happy with the current situation. I can't express enough how amazing Nooji is. He is compassionate, thoughtful and cares deeply about his clients and his business. 5 stars all around for someone who makes a difference in this very difficult yet necessary line of work.

Nooji was able to quickly arrange around-the-clock care for my mother during her time in hospice. His team was consistently prompt, courteous, and, most importantly, compassionate. Communication was excellent—we always knew who was on duty, who was coming next, and the length of each shift. It brought our family tremendous comfort knowing that my mother had attentive, caring support 24/7 when we needed it most.
