Courtney is the Client Relations Coordinator for Home Helpers. She’s new to the human side of health care, but has worked on the client support side of the veterinary field for the last 10 years. She has her bachelor’s degree in biology and received her master’s in conservation biology in August 2024. She has also been a zookeeper at the Milwaukee County Zoo. Courtney moved into the human side of health care after assisting with her parents in their older years and seeing the need of a team to care for them.
Courtney moved to Wisconsin in May of 2020 to be with her husband and son. She now lives with them, as well as her dog Lizzie, two cats, and 12 year old rabbit. She’s a room parent for her son’s classroom and helps with the PTO as well. She enjoys hiking, reading, swimming, and traveling when she can.
As our Client Relations Coordinator Courtney helps with the on-boarding process for prospective clients. From the first phone call to starting care, Courtney is there from start to finish.
