What I like most about this agency is that when I needed help, they were here. I get along so well with the cargivers because I'm thankful for their help, and they're free to answer any questions I might have.

I like that they were careful with choosing a helper that was comfortable with my mother. She would talk with my mother. She did the laundry, cooked, and helped dressed my mother. Before anyone came, the folks at the agency made sure the caregiver was perfect for us.

The caregiver interacts with her well and goes above and beyond. They are like friends. They are close and personable with each other. She calls and checks on her.

The caregiver is always on time and is very pleasant. The service they provide helps me and makes me feel safe. The office staff has been very good to me.

I like that everybody seems to be cheerful and nice. They are very helpful. They ask me if there is any thing else they can do for me. They bring me hot tea or make me a sandwich. The office staff always gets back to me when I leave a message.
