Message From Our Caregiver Supervisor - Lita Wright

I have proudly served with Home Helpers for more than six years. As Caregiver Supervisor, I bring over 20 years of caregiving experience and a strong commitment to high-quality care. I have seen the industry evolve, and I am grateful to work with an organization that continues to lead with integrity and excellence.
At Home Helpers, we focus on whole-person care and prioritizing safety, dignity and strong relationships. I support caregivers in the home and in the office to ensure they understand our mission and consistently deliver exceptional service. I also oversee training and development so every caregiver is confident, prepared, and aligned with our standards before serving clients. I am honored to contribute to the mission every day.

From The COO's Desk:
Jackie McMahon

As we head into the holiday season, many families will be gathering, some traveling across states, others welcoming loved ones home. It's often during these visits that we notice the little changes: the mail piling up, medications unorganized, a fridge that's a little emptier than it should be, or a loved one who just seems more tired than last year.
If you find yourself thinking, "I think Mom might need more help," or "Dad shouldn't be alone after the holidays,"- you're not alone, and you don't have to figure it out by yourself.
Home Helpers is here, even during the busiest time of the year. Whether it's a few hours guests, transportation to appointments, or of companionship, help preparing for holiday full-time care to keep your loved one safe at home - my team and I are just a phone call away, 24/7.
This season is about family, and we're honored to care for yours.
