Message from Our Scheduling Manager

As Scheduling Manager at Home Helpers, my days are all about keeping care running smoothly, especially during the busy holiday season. I’m constantly juggling shifting schedules, changing client needs, and last-minute challenges, all while making sure the right caregiver is matched with the right client.

Matching caregivers and clients goes beyond simple availability—it requires considering personalities, preferences, and strengths to support strong and comfortable connections. I stay in close touch with families and our care team, anticipating needs before they become problems. My goal is to make every client feel safe and supported at home, while helping every caregiver feel confident, prepared, and appreciated for the important work they do.

Caring for Our Veterans at Home

As a VA-approved provider, we are honored to support Veterans and surviving spouses with compassionate in-home care. Our caregivers assist with personal care, companionship, meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping, transportation, and respite support. If you or a loved one may qualify for VA benefits like Aid & Attendance or the Homemaker/Home Health Aide program, we’re here to help you check eligibility and start services promptly.

Sip and Paint

A Heartwarming Day at Oakmont Riverpark

Our Community Liaison, Ginny, together with co-host Jeff Torok from Mission Hospice, led a beautiful Sip & Paint activity for the seniors at Oakmont Riverpark. The event brought a day of creativity, laughter, and connection as residents explored their artistic side. We are grateful for the opportunity to bring joy and meaningful engagement to the seniors in our community.

Par & Away Golf Tournament

We’re excited to share that we proudly participated as a Birdie Sponsor in Senior Concerns’ 4th Annual Par and Away Golf Tournament! This meaningful event brings the community together in support of vital programs and resources for our seniors, and we’re honored to contribute to such an impactful cause. Swinging for our seniors is more than a sponsorship for us; it’s a commitment to their well-being, dignity, and quality of life.

Thank you, Daniel and Cindy, for representing Home Helpers. Your participation helped us support a meaningful cause for our seniors. We hope you had a great time connecting with the community!
