Doug runs Home Helpers with such attention to details, and with such personal attention to the needs of his clients that I could not ask for more! Doug‚ live-in aides helped my 89 years old father after surgery, and when we brought my dad up to Massachusetts to live with me, one of the aides came with us for several weeks to help with the transition. Doug spent hours one day, helping my father and I consider some of our options. Above and beyond the call of duty‚ that just how Doug does it every day.

Home Helpers has the kind of caregivers that can change their duties as health conditions change and when it was necessary to take care of both of my parents, they found the right caregivers who could handle two difficult people.  

Home Helpers had some wonderful caregivers for my Mother and when she had to go to the hospital and rehab, they continued to visit her even after it was decided that she could no longer live at home.

Doug provides special attention to my Dad and visited him frequently when he had to go back to the hospital and rehab which meant so much to him.

Home Helpers does all the paperwork for my long term care insurance claims. I am not capable of completing the forms and they take it completely off my hands. What a pleasant surprise.
