Bana and her staff are the best! We moved from Illinois, and her staff did not miss a beat. They started working with us an hour after our arrival, and we have not looked back! Also, they are extremely caring, professional, prompt and very helpful! We could not survive with them! kudos to Bana!

I worked for Bana Solomon and the Home Helpers Organization in Santa Rosa for about 8 months before I was unfortunately moved out of state for family issues. I say the move was unfortunate because I really grew accustomed to my life as a caregiver with Home Helpers and the patients I was working with. Bana was able to create a very comfortable environment for the families her company worked with without compromising any of the professional aspects of the job as well. She was always welcome and willing to listen to any concerns her employees or patients had and were always able to afford time off to her employees when it was necessary. If I still lived in the area of Santa Rosa, there is no doubt that I would still be working for Bana and the Home Helpers organization because I really miss the whole system and its interworkings.  

Highly recommended! I used this service for my grandmother while I was out of town for several weeks on business. Bana and her staff were very attentive, punctual, and were very easy to communicate with. My grandmother was very pleased with the service as well. We definitely continue using Home Helpers.

I like Perla she was very nice and did an excellent job. She was my guardian angel, Perla did a great job of keeping up with my personal hygiene, and completely organizing my house. I was very comfortable with her and she was very comfortable with me. We got along just fine, she helped me while I had a broken leg and needed pin care. I strongly recommend Perla as a caregiver!  

The service was well run and professional. The people who were sent were good workers and had a good attitude. Ms. Solomon responded well and quickly to our changing needs when emergencies occurred.
