Meet Our Team

Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Bianca Wise is very proud of her roots, as well as her growth as an individual. She is passionate about caring for the people of her hometown and surrounding areas. This led her to a successful career as a paramedic/firefighter in Baltimore. Bianca was the first black woman to obtain the rank of EMS Lieutenant in the Baltimore County Fire Department. She also helped spearhead the department’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiative.

Since opening Home Helpers of Northwest Baltimore, Bianca has not only helped hundreds of individuals receive the exceptional home care they deserve, but she also formed Baltimore C.A.R.E.S., a non-profit organization that targets high school students and recent graduates looking for alternatives to college. The program helps them receive training as CNAs, GNAs, phlebotomists, medical technicians, EMTs and others gain entry-level positions in those careers.

Bianca is a positive force for good in her community and in the home care industry. To say she moves with purpose is an understatement!
