Home Helpers has been great! They worked really hard to find someone who was a great fit for my MIL. Melanie is kind and caring and willing to help with whatever is needed. Melanie always makes sure Iris feels safe when she is showering since she has limited mobility and needs a lot of help. Melanie is also very dependable, which is extremely important when I have to be away.

I began using home helpers in Sep 2023 because my neice needed surgery and could not help me . Melanie , my caregiver and I are an excellent fit. She is always willing to do anything I ask . She also asks what she can do for me. I will miss her very much . Melanie assisted me with , dressing, baths , house cleaning and food preperation and much more : . She would help me with a smile . If in the future, I need any outside help, I will definitely choose Home Helpers and I will request that Melanie will be in my caregiver . It has been a pleasure getting to know her. I love her very much.

We’ve been impressed from Day 1 on meeting with Aaron and Bojana. They are kind, caring and friendly and so helpful to our decision making in regards to homecare for our 103 year old mother. We were assured they would find the perfect caregiver for her and they did, on the second try. They’ve also been good with communicating and flexible with scheduling needs.

The caregiver we have now is Melanie, a warm, caring and patient person that our mom has developed a relationship with. Melanie is thoughtful to our mom, even bringing her treats like donuts. She is also thorough in her care and with keeping the apartment in order.

The owner, Aaron, is the nicest, most responsive person. He matched me with the perfect helper who lives just 2 miles from me, and she is amazing–energetic, thinks outside the box, and sweet and caring. Could not have gotten through my surgery without them. Wonderful service!

Home Helpers has been providing in-home care through both the Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) and the VA, and they made the entire setup process with both systems incredibly seamless and stress-free.

Our caregiver comes in with a smile and ALWAYS greets my husband with “Hi Chuck! How are YOU doing!” She shares her good energy and stories with him and he smiles. We both appreciate her honesty and promptness. She gives a nice review of how her caregiving has gone at the end of her visit and will frequently jot a note or two on our Caregiver list of “To Do’s”. She has been a gift to us.

I was one of their clients for a couple of weeks, and I was helped by Melanie, Theresa, and Carmela. Each one came fully prepared to do for me anything and everything I needed.

They were warm, friendly ladies each with a great smile and laugh, both of which came in handy when I told them some of my jokes!

When there were no more things to tend to, we filled the remainder of the time in conversation, always a pleasant way to end a visit.

Should the time ever come again when I will need someone to do for me those things I can no longer do for myself, my first call will be to Home Helpers.  There is no one I would rather have at my side or in my corner.  I love these people and will always appreciate their friendship and their support.

We are so blessed to have Aaron and Bojana in our lives. They are prompt in returning our phone calls and have a wonderful staff that are so patient and loving towards my mom. Setting up home health for the first time for my aging mother was a challenge. Home Helpers Home Care was very helpful with this process. The owners, Aaron and Bojana are prompt, thoughtful, kind and courteous, making sure the helpers they send match our needs. We are very fortunate to have consistent good care for mother.

Aaron and Bojana were exceptional and professional. The caregiver Louise was very kind and gave wonderful care. We appreciated everything they did for us and my mother in-law and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for caregivers. It was a pleasure working with them.

I highly recommend Home Helpers if you need in home care for a loved one. Aaron and Bojana came out for our first interview and really listened and have truly addressed each and every concern. The person they chose as a fit for our family has been perfect and really has been a good fit (did I mention how they listen!!). If I could provide a 10 star rating, I would. I reached out to a few agencies last year to help with my 89 year old mother in law who resides in Granite Bay. We hired Aaron and Bojana. They are a husband and wife team. From the moment I met them I knew my mother in law was going to be in good hands. They asked a lot of questions about her needs and wants. They were very attentive. The next day, they matched her with a caregiver and it has been great. It’s been a little over 3 months with Home Helpers and I highly recommend them.

I have only been with this company for a couple of months but I am very pleased with the care I have received and have been very flexible with my demands and have fulfilled beyond my expectations

I’d give 10 stars if I were allowed to…. My only complaint? For the service they provided, I am convinced they did not charge enough.

Home helpers in Rocklin, California were hired to help us out with our parents. They both needed quite a bit of care, so it was quite a tough job.The caregivers they provided were really professional and friendly. They took excellent care of our parents, helping them with all of their meals, dressing, and bathroom needs and also made it fun. They actually made my stepmom laugh on many occasions.The owners were also nice, professional, and very helpful. They were very accommodating with scheduling and the communication was excellent. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to call them again if needed!

Being in a position of having to find care for a loved one is difficult on many levels. Fear, grief, confusion….and then trying to figure out where to begin as you are feeling all of these things it’s utterly overwhelming. We researched, spoke to many people and agencies but we just had more questions and concerns. That is until we spoke with Home Helpers Home Care. They actually listened to our concerns and needs and not only explained how and what they could do to help, they worked with us over time and adjusted whatever was needed. Our loved on has dementia and with that brings a wide range of challenges. A strong independent woman began loosing control. Memory loss and confusion is horrible. Being able to keep her in her home where she is comfortable for as long as we can while having our needs met is our ideal situation and one we are great full to say they have done for us. They are able to work with her through these difficult times and care for her and provide our family with comfort in knowing she is being cared for as well as she is.

We would also be remiss if we didn’t state that our mother was very hesitant to any sort of help (adamant ability not wanting any) Again part of what made this process so helpful is the agency talked to our mother and got to know her and her personality and was able to find a caregiver that she is actually happy to see and be around. And at this stage having any level of happiness means more to us that we can put into words and are and will be forever grateful to Home Helpers home care.
