(Though my wife Bojana is definitely the real boss.)
I spent over 20 years building tech companies – five in total – but something was always missing. I’ve always loved helping people, and when we started Home Helpers, it felt like everything finally clicked.
Now, I get to use my operations background to make a real impact. We’ve been honored to be named a Provider and Employer of Choice by Activated Insights, a two-time Home Helpers Brand Champion out of 400+ franchises, and even featured in Franchise Dictionary Magazine. But the best part? Helping families feel supported when they need it most.
Hi, I’m Bojana (pronounced Boy-ana) – co-owner of Home Helpers of Rocklin.
(And yes, I happily accept the title of “real boss.”)
My background is in accounting and auditing, but my heart has always been in people. Building relationships with families, referral partners, and our incredible team is where I truly thrive. You’ll often find me out in the community, making connections with people and reminding them they’re not alone.
Aaron and I started this business together, and the response has been more than we ever imagined. From national awards to heartfelt thank-yous from families, it’s clear this work is needed, and we feel lucky to be part of it. At the end of the day, it all comes down to kindness, trust, and being there when it matters most.
Hi, I’m Angelo – I handle scheduling, recruiting, and all the in-between at Home Helpers of Rocklin.
I make sure the right caregivers are in the right place at the right times, and every family feels supported along the way. I’m usually the one texting back quickly, checking in on clients, and helping to match each family with someone truly great.
People say I’m the nicest guy they’ve ever met (and I won’t argue with that)! I’m not happy unless your needs are taken care of and you’ve got an amazing person by your side to provide care.
Hi, I’m Tauheedah – but everyone calls me Tye.
I was one of the very first team members here at Home Helpers of Rocklin, and now I help oversee training and evaluate talent to make sure every family gets the care they deserve.
With a medical background and years of experience, I bring both knowledge and heart to everything I do. For me, it’s all about helping caregivers grow and making sure families feel safe and supported every step of the way.
Hi, I’m John – Talent Acquisition at Home Helpers of Rocklin.
I’ve spent over 5 years in recruiting and have helped build the amazing team behind our care.
I’m responsible for finding and onboarding the incredible caregivers who make everything we do possible. If you’re joining Home Helpers, there’s a good chance I’ll be one of the first faces you meet, and I’ll be cheering you on every step of the way.
Hi, I’m Cherry – I’m one of the first people you’ll hear from when you reach out to Home Helpers. I help caregivers and families with scheduling, questions, and day-to-day support so everyone feels taken care of.
I also help bring our culture to life with birthday cards, newsletters, and thoughtful touches that make both our clients and caregivers feel appreciated.
I love helping people, staying connected, and making sure everyone who works with us feels welcomed and supported.
