Meet Our Team

Emily Johnson is our Care Administrator, responsible for ensuring high-quality client care and strong caregiver support. She oversees the caregiver team, conducts client assessments, coordinates smooth caregiver–client introductions, leads training, and drives compliance across our operations. Emily’s approach blends operational rigor with genuine connection—building systems that help caregivers feel supported, clients feel seen, and referral partners trust our ability to deliver.

Before joining us, Emily built a track record of improving care quality and team performance by standardizing workflows and strengthening relationships in the field. Outside of work, she’s a wife and mom to two pre-teens who enjoys an old-fashioned game of Rummy, ’90s music, and plenty of laughter.

Tristan focuses on client outreach, caregiver recruitment, and after-hours scheduling support. His efforts help us grow our team and reach more clients in need of care. He is currently pursuing a Business degree at the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Chris, our financial expert, oversees long-term care insurance, veteran benefits, and growth opportunities. He provides a diverse healthcare expertise, from entrepreneurship in OBGYN ultrasound to pivotal roles at Medtronic Diabetes, Baptist Hospitals and Gilead Pharma.

As a graduate of the Air Force Academy and former pilot, Chris brings a disciplined approach to providing a great experience to our clients.

Eric Hathaway, Co-owner & General Manager of Home Helpers, embarked on a mission to transform senior care in Austin. Formerly a Director of Youth Ministries and a manager at Medtronic Diabetes, he founded Home Helpers on Sept 1st, responding to the growing needs of the elderly in Austin and the surrounding areas.

Eric emphasizes caregiver satisfaction, recognizing its pivotal role in delivering exemplary services to clients. His commitment reflects a vision for compassionate and holistic senior care in an ever-evolving landscape.
