Cynthia Meyer is an experienced operations and compliance leader with over 15 years in licensed care and human-services administration. She has directed multi-site programs across residential and community settings, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory excellence for adults with developmental disabilities.
Cynthia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology from San Diego Mesa College and is a Certified Adult Residential Facility (ARF) Administrator as well as a Pro-ACT and Ukeru Certified Trainer. At Home Helpers Home Care of North San Diego County, she oversees operations, training, and quality assurance to maintain readiness, consistency, and client-centered outcomes. She truly believes in creating a supportive and accountable culture—one that empowers Support Professionals to deliver compassionate care and makes life easier for our clients, partners, and teams every day.
Tracy Duda is an experienced operations and scheduling leader with over 20 years in administrative management and team coordination. She has built her career around ensuring coverage, communication, and care continuity across complex service programs.
At Home Helpers, Tracy oversees all scheduling and staffing operations, managing 24/7 coverage and urgent-response logistics for adults with developmental disabilities and seniors. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Biology from Sheldon Jackson University and certification in Nursing Assistant and Home Health Care from the University of Alaska SE. Known for her calm, solution-oriented leadership, Tracy ensures every shift runs smoothly and every Support Professional feels supported. She believes that dependable systems and compassionate teamwork are what keep our clients safe, our partners confident, and our care teams thriving.
