Home Helpers of Hoover has been serving metro Birmingham since 2012. Our owner, Joe Dunnam, has over 22 years of experience in sales and business and has seen first hand the toll that caring for the elderly and ill family members takes. We are committed to providing the same level of care and attention to detail that we would expect for our own family members. The goal of Home Helpers is to make life easier for our clients. Joe and his team are dedicated to ensuring that our clients ever changing needs are met.

Jennifer has been with Home Helpers for over 6 years and started as a caregiver. She is trained as a medical assistant and works closely with ownership to match caregivers with clients and ensures we maintain above an 80% client satisfaction score. This score of over 80% is in the top 10% of all agencies nation wide. Jennifer is a valuable member of the team and is a pleasure for our clients to work with.
