For the past seven years, Tim has also served as a business consultant and coach, helping others discover their passions and equipping them to succeed. His personal experience as a long-term caregiver for his mother gives him a deep understanding of the emotional and practical challenges families face.

Today, Tim applies his operational expertise and passion for empowering others to create efficient processes and training systems that equip caregivers to deliver compassionate, exceptional care to every client.

Genell combines personal empathy with professional expertise to provide quality caregiving through Home Helpers. From her first job as a nursing assistant to roles in senior care services, pre-need funeral planning, and health and Medicare insurance, she brings a wide range of knowledge to the families she serves.

Her personal journey—caring for her terminally ill husband and now overseeing her mother’s care—gives her a deep understanding of the emotional and practical challenges of caregiving. Genell often says, “caregiving is one of the hardest hats we wear and not for the faint at heart,” a perspective that reflects both her compassion and her resilience.

Today, she applies her diverse expertise and heartfelt experience to guide families through the complexities of aging and end-of-life care, ensuring they feel supported, understood, and never alone in the process.
