    Tim and Genell blend personal empathy with professional expertise to provide quality caregiving through MidSouth Home Helpers. With Tim’s 20+ years in logistics, focusing on training and team development, and Genell’s extensive medical background and personal caregiving experience, they offer exceptional support to families. They understand the emotional and practical complexities of caregiving from personal experience—Tim as a long-term caregiver for his mother and Genell caring for her terminally ill husband and, currently, her mother. Their goal is to deliver compassionate, empathetic care that stands out in the industry.

     

    Tim applies his operational knowledge and passion for empowering others to create efficient processes and training systems for caregivers. Genell’s understanding of medical care, insurance intricacies, and end-of-life stages enables her to guide families with insight and sensitivity.

    Together, their combined skills ensure that MidSouth Home Helpers provides unparalleled care, meeting families where they are and assisting them through the challenges of aging loved ones.

    Tim Flesner

    Managing Partner

    Tim has 20+ years experience in 3rd party logistics management with focus on training, facilitation and curriculum development. His diverse background includes staffing and recruiting, change management, along with responsibility for leadership and team development and oversight of companywide training and professional growth programs. This was in conjunction with planning, policies and procedure management and continuous improvement initiatives.

    For the last 7 years, as an business consultant and development coach, Tim helped others discover their passion and then equipped them to fulfill it. He believes that each person is uniquely and individually created to fulfill a purpose and ultimately impact the world.

    Tim is excited to use his expertise and experience in operations to further expedite process and procedures that will ensure streamlined methodologies to provide quality care to our clients. His passion for equipping others for success plays key role in building systems that provide training to better equip our top-notch caregivers in providing quality care to our clients.

    Genell Holloway

    Principal Partner

    From her first job as a nursing assistant to Senior Care Services, pre-need funeral sales, then health and Medicare insurance, Genell brings a variety of expertise to the table. She has walked through all the different life stages with her late husband, and continues to oversee her mother’s care. Genell has often said that “caregiving is one of the hardest hats we wear and not for the faint at heart”. Because of her experience, Genell is able to empathetically listen and guide families through the end of life stages.
