Live-in care means a trained caregiver resides in your loved one’s home and provides support around the clock. Unlike hourly care, live-in care gives your family member consistent companionship from the same caregiver rather than a rotation of different people. Our live-in caregivers receive scheduled rest periods, including 5 hours of uninterrupted sleep each night, so they stay alert and effective. Every live-in case is supervised by our RN field nurse supervisors.

Our owner is an active community leader in central New Jersey, serving on regional boards and committees focused on health, wellness, and aging services, and maintaining appointed roles with county offices serving older adults and veterans.
What is the difference between live-in care and 24-hour shift care?
Live-in care uses one caregiver who resides in the home and receives scheduled rest periods, while 24-hour shift care rotates multiple caregivers in shifts so someone is always awake. We’ll help you determine which fits your family’s needs during your free consultation. 24-Hour Shift Care page
