It is hard to put into words how highly we think of Ursella Slusher and her team of caregivers. We found her Home Helpers website online when searching for in home care for our mother-in-law who was 86 years old and suffering from various medical ailments and dementia.. No matter what she needed or when, someone was there for her, giving us peace of mind as we lived out of state. Helping with medications, housekeeping, meal prep and dealing with her oftentimes difficult demeanor, it was all done with a smile and “can do” attitude. Ursella even visited our mother in the hospital and was often at her bedside right up until she passed away. I rarely leave reviews, however, I wanted to share our experience with others who are seeking help with their loved ones. I promise you will not be disappointed! Eileen

Yolanda, Kamia, and Maria are delightful, wonderful, knowledgeable, and skilled caregivers, very personable and professional, and it was a joy having them in our home. I learned a lot from them, and they took great care of him. And me, actually. They all raved about Ursella as a boss, saying she is just as great with them as she is with her clients. That’s saying a lot, because she is a lovely person to work with. Such warmth, compassion, and humor.
