    Kathy joined Home Helpers in 2018. In her previous role, as Key Account Manager, she ensured compliance for over 20 years until the company decided to shut down due to changing times. Her experience as an internal auditor has made her the perfect fit as Operations Manager for our agency.  Being in a highly regulated industry Kathy’s attention to detail, organizational skills, loyalty, and willingness to help her co-workers succeed makes Kathy vital to our sustained success.

    She feels blessed that her path in life has lead her to Home Helpers of DuPage and Will. “I am a caregiver at heart and I appreciate all that our caregivers do for our clients. This is a tough career, so you have to have a special love for people!” On her off time Kathy enjoys relaxing outdoors, spending time helping her 2 adult children and looking forward to spoiling her first grandchild.

    Zoe is responsible for managing all current cases and ensuring that quality care is being delivered to all our clients.  Zoe has experience working in the home care industry since the age of 18.  As a Certified Nursing Assistant, she will be evaluating, mentoring, and coaching our field caregivers to ensure they are executing the tasks properly.  

    Zoe gets natural enjoyment of making sure caregivers and clients are paired well and that our clients are getting value.

    Coleen is our Scheduler. Colleen worked for 2 years with as Scheduler for another home care company before joining Home Helpers of DuPage and Will.  She ensures that each client receives quality care from their caregiver. Each caregiver selected is carefully chosen so that the client and caregiver are a good match. She enjoys getting to know the clients and caregivers so that each party stays happy!

    Paulette Loehman is our weekday Lead Caregiver.  Her main responsibility is to ensure we provide proper and reliable coverage to all existing clients.  Whenever a new client needs to begin care, Paulette will start off the care in most cases.  Her goal is to develop the proper Service Plan and set the tone for the regular caregiver.  When Paulette is not on shift with either a current client or new client, she is tasked to visit our sensitive cases once a month.  

    For 16 years Paulette worked as a Direct Service Professional at a facility caring for individuals with disabilities.  It was here that she learned to work with sling tracks, hoyer lifts or adaptive transfer equipment.  She learned to give bed baths, chair baths, and all kinds of different scenarios.  Since joining the Home Helpers team, Paulette has been highly reliable and welcoming to any challenge thrown her way.  We’re sure you would be happy with her when she visits your home to check in.

    Amber is our Staffing Coordinator. She became a caregiver with Home Helpers in 2021 and was promoted to join our office team due to her reliability and commitment to the company’s needs. She enjoys meeting and interviewing the future caregivers for the company. As a former caregiver with Home Helpers, Amber is in a unique position to relate to our caregivers and what the challenges are of caring for Older Adults. She ensures that each client receives quality care from their caregiver. Each caregiver selected is carefully chosen so that the client and caregiver are a good match. She enjoys getting to know the clients and caregivers so that each party stays happy!
    Outside of work Amber has been volunteering for approximately 15 years in the School District’s Special Needs Group. Amber has also volunteered with Older Adults to improve their quality of life in many settings. She always keeps the office laughing and creates a positive atmosphere. She lives in Plainfield with her two children, one cat, and a dog.
