Lancaster is an area near and dear to our hearts, as one of our owners, Kim,
grew up there. The residents of Lancaster County are so warm and friendly,
and you’ll find the same level of care with our employees. We use a multi-level
screening process as well as virtual classroom training and on-the-job training
to ensure our caregivers are prepared to support our clients as needed based
on their individual care plans. We partner with local employment services
including PA Career Link as well. We strive to be the premiere employer in
Lancaster home care services!

We also use the latest technology for our caregivers, leveraging a mobile app
that allows them to see the care plan, client location, emergency information,
and obtain client signatures after a shift. It’s a one stop, paperless shop for
our team, allowing us to be transparent and environmentally friendly. Families
can also have access to this portal so they can see the shift information for
each caregiver!

We also work closely with the Veteran’s Administration to provide care to our
