Meet Our Team

Kim Kokolus has 15 years of corporate experience in leading high preforming teams and coaching to process improvement. In her latest role, she ran a function that influenced insurance agents to implement processes to streamline business acquisition and retention processes. This has positioned her to understand the facets of running a small business while meeting client needs.

Kim is passionate about serving her community and focuses on caregiver and client outreach. She volunteers in her spare time with several organizations, including her children’s elementary school. She is married to Pete, and they have two children, Michael and Andrew. Kim and Margo are sisters-in-law and absolutely love to work together!

Margo Hughes has 15 years of financial and accounting experience and her CPA license in Pennsylvania. These skills and background will enable her to successfully operate the business. She spent most of her career working at a large corporation and has experience in supervising people and working with many different teams and financial functions. She has a desire to work with others and help people in the community as well as to grow the business.

Margo leads the financial operations of the business as well as caregiver leadership. She is married to Randy, and they have two children, McKayla and Alexandra. Kim and Margo are sisters-in-law and absolutely love to work together!
