I wanted to drop you a quick note to tell you how pleased we are with the service of Home Helpers of the Crystal Coast from the beginning of the process to the end. You all made everything so easy and pleasant. Assessments, finding a caregiver, scheduling, paying, getting reimbursed were all done so smoothly that we could focus on family and fun time together and that was the goal for us this summer. Most importantly, our caregiver was a gem and we were very sad to see her go today. I truly dread taking them home and starting over because it is going to be hard to live up to the caregiver’s level of care and compassion. Dad actually admitted to her today that he dreaded going home, so maybe we are a step closer to discussing staying here for the long term.

We are forever grateful for the connection that we’ve made with your organization and the wonderful people you have led to us. It is hard to imagine that we started this journey over three years ago. My hope is that our connection will continue as we continue to leverage Home Helpers of the Crystal Coast with her care.
