Meet Our Team

I’m Chris Hegele, the local owner and operator of Home Helpers Home Care of NW Cuyahoga County. With many of my close family members living far away, I understand how confusing home care can be – it’s difficult to understand how to navigate the process and evaluate the options. At Home Helpers, we can be an advocate to help you find care that works best for you and your loved ones.

Before immersing myself in senior care, I spent more than 25 years working in Operations Management for industrial and health care companies. At the same time, I consistently volunteered in the community – helping people of all ages through Junior Achievement, my church, United Way, and a nearby homeless shelter.

My purpose is to Make Life Easier for the families we serve and the fantastic caregivers we employ.

My name is Henk Stock, the local owner and operator of Home Helpers Home care. Originally from Belgium, my mom is my fathers caregiver so I know first hand how impactful and important it is go have some help to help care, take some of the pressure off or just to take a break sometimes. Caring for loved ones can be a full time job and while extremely rewarding it is always a good idea to have a backup, that is where we at Home Helpers come in. We try to tailor to your needs, and come up with solutions that revolve around you.

My background comes from 12 years in front of house in food and beverage, working up from bus boy to manager. After the joy of having three lovely daughters, Remy, Lyla and Reagan, my wife Bryn and I decided it would be better to get our schedules to a more normal schedule. So I went into a industrial distribution for 20 years, starting as a buyer and ending as a manager. Now trying to combine the empathy and operations background from both experiences to help make a difference and help where we can.
