Home Helpers has been great! They worked really hard to find someone who was a great fit for my MIL. Melanie is kind and caring and willing to help with whatever is needed. Melanie always makes sure Iris feels safe when she is showering since she has limited mobility and needs a lot of help. Melanie is also very dependable, which is extremely important when I have to be away.

I began using home helpers in Sep 2023 because my neice needed surgery and could not help me . Melanie , my caregiver and I are an excellent fit. She is always willing to do anything I ask . She also asks what she can do for me. I will miss her very much . Melanie assisted me with , dressing, baths , house cleaning and food preperation and much more : . She would help me with a smile . If in the future, I need any outside help, I will definitely choose Home Helpers and I will request that Melanie will be in my caregiver . It has been a pleasure getting to know her. I love her very much.

Camisha cared for my mother-in-law for 3 years. Her gentle, unflappable demeanor always put my mother-in-law at ease, even when she was frightened or in pain. They had a great bond of love and trust. Any family would be lucky to have Camisha’s care; she’s exceptional.

Vernetta Moore cared for my mother-in-law for nearly 3 years. They developed a wonderful bond and a mutual trust (something that’s important for an elderly woman). Vernetta is patient and kind, always in an upbeat mood, and very reliable. The whole family loved her. We miss seeing her!

There are no words that can express my gratitude to Brandy and her staff. I was in Arizona and trying to help my best friend who was in Washington transition to hospice. Brandy and her team were invaluable with the long distance calls, arrangements for appointments, shopping, medicine and getting past the 4 dogs. Hospice was important without a doubt but Home Helper kept my heart and head together for months. thank you Brandy and team !!

My grandpa is terminally ill and I flew down from TN to come spend some time with him as well as assist him. In that 17 day span, I’ve gotten the pleasure to work alongside with some of the care takers. They all have been caring and kind.

She consistently exceeds expectations with compassion and attention to detail. Whether it’s ensuring every need is fulfilled, adapting to and overcoming challenges or by simply providing comfort and companionship with ease; Eliana radiates warmth and brings a personal touch that may keep you at peace during tough times. It has made such a difference not only in my life personally but my family as a whole.

It’s so rare to find someone so dedicated and committed to her work. My family and I are extremely grateful to have Eliana helping our loved one and it’s very clear that she cares about the folks she works with. I strongly feel Eliana is a key asset to her team because of her work ethic and her heart. I HIGHLY recommend considering Home helpers and specifically Eliana, to care and love for your loved ones. If you’re looking to work at an in-home care agency that respects you as a healthcare professional and manages their staff and clients with integrity and ethics, you’ve found your company! It has been my pleasure to serve Sacramento County with Home Helper’s Home Care of Rocklin, CA.

When we signed up and chose HomeHelpers in Mena , AR, back in June 2024, Candice Cox came to my parents home and was willing to promise everything but delivered very little. I asked about the 7 day cancel policy should a parent pass away and we need to move the other out of state ASAP. Candice stated that in that case, they would work with us to get our deposit (over $2500) back since we paid even when they sent very unqualified resources. We upheld our word but unfortunately, Candice and HomeHelpers did not. When this very issue did happen, Candice and Tina were non-responsive. Eventually Tina informed me that my deposit return was processed around 7/17. A month later, I was informed that I would not get my deposit back. I am happy to discuss my experience as I have every conversation and issue documented. If the Mena office is the image of your corporation, then you have much to remedy. Out of 6 helpers that were sent, only 2 met the care plan requirements and those 2 were the only that actually went through your training and read the care plan per the resources themselves (Jenetta, China Jo, Ronda, Brittaney, Angel and Alex). I have several contacts in Mena and word is spreading how my parents were treated and put at risk by your company. Again, I am all about customer care improvement and would be happy to discuss in detail to aid in your image in Mena, AR.

Angela and her team were nothing short of amazing. The staff had very thorough training ; and Mom’s comfort level ( physically and emotionally ) were always number one. Even when there was an issue Angela came immediately and stayed until all was resolved . The consistency in caregiver staff was wonderful. The policies in place for patient safety and cleanliness are like none other . We settled on 4 primary caregivers that truly became like family. Mom passed June 5 th and I still miss visiting her and Becca in the evenings.

I had my home aid go to the store for me and she stolen from me then since i didnt know she stole at the time on the 8th of the month she emptied out my food card leaving me without food for the next 30 days and the office did nothing about it basically told me to kick rocks and go away, they sent horrible people to my home never let these people in your home ever or you will be sorry there aids are street criminal’s.

Home Helpers recognizes the challenges facing people with Alzheimer’s. Their care team is compassionate and supportive. No one ever expects to find themselves facing this journey, but with Home Helpers I know I have folks I can count on- Folks who understand.

Our family’s experience with Home Helpers of MetroWest has been wonderful. Denise and her team are thoughtful in their processes, communicative with family members, and responsive to any concerns. The caregivers who have assisted my mother are exceptionally reliable, kind, patient, and attentive to her needs. While my independent mother was initially resistant to the idea of having help in her home, she came to greatly appreciate the warm companionship and assistance they provided. Our entire family is grateful for the peace of mind that came with having great caregivers.

I have an awesome care team of four Caregivers, who are a great match for me.
They are able to do housework, laundry, errands, and cooking that meets my special dietary needs. My Caregivers go beyond and above. I am thankful to have them.
