Before moving to Oregon, I was a Pharmacologist and business owner in the United Kingdom. I had a successful pharmacy and I loved working with assisted living homes – I enjoyed providing care and improving people’s lives. When I moved to the United States, I was drawn to switch from pharmacy to in-home care for exactly that reason. I wanted to have the opportunity to make a more direct impact.
I’m Hanie Aghamohammad, the local owner of Home Helpers Home Care here in Beaverton. My team and I work with clients and families in Washington, Multnomah, Clackamas and Yamhill counties as well as the surrounding communities.
We offer the industry’s leading model for comprehensive care with our unique care program, Cared-4SM, which provides the four necessary components to living independently. This includes Personal Care and Companionship, Nutrition and Meal Planning, 24/7 Emergency Response, and Wellness Calls to help ensure medications and hydration are maintained.
I’ve been in the care industry and I understand the kind of support people need to live safely and independently in their own homes or wherever they call home. In addition to providing regular care, we can prep your meals, help with housekeeping and laundry, manage your medication and even set up our Aloe Care service so you have 24/7 access to a care team, even if you don’t need a full-time caregiver. Importantly, I also want to make sure we pair the right caregivers and clients so we can help foster that important relationship.
When my grandmother needed a caregiver, it was difficult to find the right person, especially from far away. I know what seniors and families are facing and I want to be the solution. My team and I look forward to meeting you!
