Home Helpers Home Care offers the industry’s leading model for comprehensive care with its unique care program, Cared-4SM, which provides the four necessary components to living independently. “At Home Helpers, we want to be your family when your family can’t be there. All of our caregivers are focused on providing exceptional care that’s tailored to the needs of our individual clients. We’re passionate about what we do,” Zezai said. Zezai has been in healthcare throughout her career and she’s a certified dementia practitioner. Her first job was as a caregiver, she has worked as a dementia assistant and assisted living manager, and she has been an agency administrator. But Zezai’s experience with caregiving started well before her first job and before she immigrated from Zimbabwe 25 years ago. “Driven by a lifelong passion for caregiving, I found my calling while caring for my paternal grandmother who had dementia. That profound experience taught me the importance of preserving the cultural value of honoring and caring for our seniors. Today, I am proud to partner with my daughter, Sibo, a proud graduate of LSU and John Paul II High School, to lead our company. Together, we are committed to providing compassionate care and passing down the tradition of caregiving to future generations,” Zezai said. Although her background focuses on seniors, Home Helpers Home Care can work with anyone needed in-home care, including new mothers, people with disabilities, people in recovery and more. Families looking for dependable, in-home care by employees who are fully trained, background checked, and insured can call Home Helpers for a free in-home consultation and safety assessment to help determine the right care for their loved ones. Home Helper s also uses a special process to match caregivers and clients once a care plan has been created. “We are proud to focus on ensuring that aging in place is not only possible, but dignified and enriching, combining our cultural heritage and expertise to support families in the McKinney area,” Zezai said.
