Meet Our Team

Jay and Juli Yeager are the husband-and-wife team behind Home Helpers Home Care of The Woodlands, a locally owned and operated agency dedicated to helping seniors and families live safely and comfortably at home.

Both Jay and Juli have personally experienced the challenges of caregiving — Juli helped manage care for her mother while homeschooling 10 children, several with special needs, and Jay spent 36 years in the energy industry, serving in technical and executive leadership roles before pursuing a more community-centered mission.

Inspired by The Second Mountain by David Brooks, the couple embraced their “second mountain” by founding Home Helpers to make a meaningful difference in their community. Their team proudly serves The Woodlands, Tomball, Conroe, Shenandoah, Oak Ridge North, and surrounding areas, providing personalized care through the Cared-4 program, which includes Personal Care & Companionship, Nutrition & Meal Planning, 24/7 Emergency Response, and Wellness Calls.

With deep respect for seniors and family caregivers, Jay and Juli are committed to delivering the kind of compassionate, professional care they’d want for their own loved ones.

Jay is a values-driven leader with a background as a former executive in a multinational corporation, bringing experience in leadership, operations, human resources, technology, and risk management. He is passionate about building strong teams and delivering meaningful results.

Inspired by personal experiences supporting aging parents, grandparents, and close friends, Jay is committed to helping others age gracefully at home. Through Home Helpers, his goal is to bring comfort, independence, and more smiles to families in The Woodlands and surrounding communities while meeting the growing need for quality home care.

Outside of work, Jay enjoys dogs, music, staying active, and reading, and has lived across several regions of the United States.

Juli grew up in North Houston and has been a homemaker and homeschool mother of 10 for 30 years. She also worked in project management. She has years of experience with special care needs, as some of her children and her mother have disabilities. Juli loves baking, sewing, reading, and spending time with her family, including her precious grandchildren.

Belva Anderson is an Assistant Administrator with over ten years of experience in caretaking. With a background in healthcare, she has improved efficiency and contributed to patient satisfaction in every role. Currently, Belva works at Home Helpers Home Care of The Woodlands, where she helps  to find capable caregivers to add to our team. Passionate about helping people get the care they need, Belva strives to ensure our caregivers deliver exceptional care.
