I’m Raquel Marte, the local owner and operator of Home Helpers Home Care in Fairfield, and when it comes to caring for your loved ones, I understand it can be challenging. I launched Home Helpers Home Care because I wanted to help families find reliable, trustworthy, compassionate care right here in my community.

I always wanted to make a difference – I started my career as a counselor in the New York City school system because I wanted to help young people think about their lives and make decisions for a better future. Now that I’m older, I see an even greater need with our senior population. It’s hard for families to try to balance work, raising their kids and providing care for their aging parents, but it’s also hard to let someone into your home and to ask them to care for your mom. That’s what spoke to me about Home Helpers. I want to be the person you call when you need help.
