Becky became the owner of Home Helpers of the Upstate in December 2007. After living in this area all her life, she noticed how many families could appreciate a helpful hand.
Not only is she passionate about serving clients, but about serving her community. She has served as a board member of Greer Community Ministries. She continues to be active with her church, the Greer Chamber of Commerce, the Greer Centennial Lions Club, and the SC Ride to End ALZ. She is the proud Mom of two wonderful daughters and a son-in-law, Jessica (Christopher) and Olivia.
Hello, I’m the Executive Director here at Home Helpers. I’ve been a part of Home Helpers for over 10 years now. I started part time doing emergency machines. My duties are signing clients, hiring the best caregivers and scheduling. It makes my heart happy to hear the clients brag on our caregivers for the care they are receiving and deserve.
Chris is our lead caregiver. Her main duties are to orient caregivers in the field to new clients. She also does scheduling and answer calls after hours and weekends. She still goes out and does client cases. Chris has been married for 27 years, mother of one and a grandmother of three. She has been in this industry since age 18, for over 39 years. Her main caregiving area has been Alzheimer’s/dementia although she is well versed in all areas of caregiving. Giving love, care, respect and dignity is the goal she strives for.
Deanna joined us in May of 2023. She has lived in the surrounding area of the upstate and western NC her entire life and has been a Greer resident for over 30 years. She loves the small town feel when you run into neighbors and friends wherever you are. Deanna always is the friendly voice you will hear when you call our office.
Reg recently joined Home Helpers as the Care Operations Manager. He originally joined Home Helpers part time in June of 2025 as a care giver. Over the past years, he cared for family members who needed assistance prior to joining Home Helpers.
Reg has lived in the Blue Ridge area for his entire life. He earned business degrees from North Greenville College and Furman University. Married to his wife for almost 45 years, Fredda and Reg have one daughter (Amanda), a son-in-law (Trav), and 2 grandchildren (Kai and Kit). Of course, we must mention the 2 furry puppies in the family… Max and Roxy.
Reg is actively involved with his church where he has been the pianist for 50 years. He loves baking, especially cupcakes! All other spare time is spent being involved with his daughter’s dance studio and trying to keep up with his amazing grandkids.
Deanna is a Care Coach with Home Helpers. I enjoy spending time with my husband and children. She has 3 fur babies and 1 grand fur baby. My area of expertise is memory care, psych and neuro. I absolutely love caregiving and am happy to be working with the best team around!
Danielle is a compassionate caregiver with 32 years of experience supporting individuals with respect, patience, and kindness. She takes pride in creating a safe, comfortable, and caring environment.
Monica is a native of Wellford, SC and a graduate of James F. Byrnes High School. Her passion for helping others began when she was working as a family counselor at a funeral home and memorial garden in College Park, GA. After returning to SC, she began a career in hospitality. That only fueled her passion more. She began working for an assisted living community as a part time receptionist and pursued and completed certification as a Medication Administrator in September 2023. She then began taking care of residents with dementia.
Monica began working for Home Helpers in July 2025. In Monica’s spare time, she enjoys traveling with friends and family, listening to music, watch movies and documentaries, and spending time alone at the beach.
