In-Home Care for Veterans in Pearland, TX, and Surrounding Areas

VA-Authorized Provider, Through the Community Care Program: Serving Veterans in Houston, Pearland, and League City, TX

Serving Those Whose Valor Shaped a Nation

At Home Helpers Home Care, we believe care for veterans is more than a service—it is a privilege. Our veterans answered the call to protect our freedoms with unwavering courage, selflessness, and honor. Now, as time brings new challenges, we are here to ensure they receive the dignified, compassionate care they so deeply deserve.

As a proud VA-authorized provider through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ Community Care program, we deliver in-home care that respects every veteran’s resilience, sacrifice, and autonomy.

What is the Community Care Program?

The Community Care program (formerly known as Care in the Community) allows eligible veterans to receive trusted care from approved providers—such as Home Helpers—who help them live safely at home when they need assistance with activities of daily living. This program offers veterans the freedom to choose their care provider and receive high-quality support at home, without compromising the standards they expect.

Why Veterans and Their Families Choose Home Helpers

We understand that the journey doesn’t end when the uniform comes off. Veterans often carry the weight of service long after their missions are complete. That’s why we offer more than just physical assistance—we provide respectful presence, emotional support, and genuine companionship.

With Home Helpers, every interaction is rooted in:

  • Honor for your legacy of service

  • Empathy for the unique paths that veterans walk

  • Trust built through consistency, confidentiality, and care

  • Autonomy to live life on your terms, with the support you choose

Our In-Home Veteran Care Services:

Every care plan is customized with your needs and preferences in mind—because no two lives of service are the same.

Guiding You Through the Process

The VA system can be complex, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Our team has experience working with VA case managers and will assist in coordinating approvals, documentation, and care delivery. We walk beside veterans and their families with patience and clarity, making sure you receive your benefits without unnecessary delays or confusion.

Care with a Deep Sense of Purpose

For us, this work is personal. Many on our team have family who served—or have served themselves. We understand the pride that comes with military life, and the humility required to ask for help. That’s why we show up every day not just as caregivers—but as allies, advocates, and friends to those who have given so much.
